The two bedroom two bathroom apartment is very spacious throughout and enjoys sunshine all day long through three original arched windows. Free WiFi fast broadband. Books, DVD films and board games provided and a dedicated parking space.
The Highland Club itself has lots of facilities for families and couples so you enjoy your stay whatever the weather. The clubroom with free WiFi, a full size snooker table and other table games is a great meeting place for friends and families. There is also a shared indoor heated swimming pool spa and gym, which will add even more fun to your holidays. Apart from the indoor facilities there is a tennis court, a cricket pitch, a barbecue area and many other outdoor things to do at the Highland Club, and all facilities are free to use for self catering visitors.
The building was formerly part of the old boys school which was run by St Benedict monks in days when the Highland Club was an abbey. Prior to that it was a military fort built by the English military in the days of the Jacobites. Many of the original military and monastic features can still be seen around the grounds and in the buildings now restored.
The Highland Club can organise virtually any outdoor activity that you want to participate in. Our Concierge will arrange outdoor activities at short notice for you. The local golf course is only a half mile from The Highland Club and cruises on Loch Ness can be taken from the village of Fort Augustus just 300 yards from your accommodation
