Located between the quiet village of East Linton and the market town of Haddington, we are only a short drive from Gullane and North Berwick. Over Hailes is the perfect base from which to explore all that East Lothian and Edinburgh have to offer.

We provide a high standard of self catered accommodation across a variety of five cottages at affordable prices. Catering for large and small groups alike, we aim to meet your accommodation needs and introduce you to a beautiful part of East Lothian.

We are flexible in accommodating large groups; our cottages can sleep up to 28 people, so if you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website, please feel free to enquire by phone or email.
