The accommodation is situated at the end of a private drive with parking for 2 cars. There is a garden and together with large windows in the sitting room, and has extensive uninterrupted views across Scapa Flow.

There is something for everyone, whether walking, bird watching, history, (WW1 and WW11, ) plus archaeology and much more. Some where to relax with space to breath.
The sitting room has 3 large windows with two comfortable settees. In front of the 3rd window at the far end is a table and chairs where the views are not to be missed.
Orcas and humpbacked whales have been sited this year, plus oystercatchers, curlews, hen harriers, and of course our neighbours' Highland cattle.
The kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar, halogen hob, fitted grill/oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. Bathroom has shower cubicle and the usual facilities with some complimentary toiletries. Bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x twin ) have fitted wardrobes, clock radios and hair dryer. All linen and towels are provided and included in tariff.
Outside there is a path around the property with seating, the garden is grassed with some shrubs but steep in places, therefore unsuitable for young children.
All electric and heating are included.
No Pets as owner has a dog.
