Peffer Lodge is a unique, luxurious self-catering holiday cottage in the spa village of Strathpeffer and offers modern, light, bright and airy family accommodation.

The Lodge sits on the western edge of the village by the road to Contin and directly beside the road access to Blackmuir Forrest.
Peffer lodge is a contemporary house designed by award winning architects Anderson Bell Christie, set in the grounds of Elsick House.
Elsick House is a 19th century house with a fascinating history linked to the development of Strathpeffer as Spa health resort. The lodge enjoys a southerly aspect over a large private garden with views to Blackmuir Forrest. This peaceful setting is a perfect base for both relaxing in comfort and exploring the spa village and the highland’s beautiful landscape.
The open plan arrangement of the living room and dining area is centred round a HWAM wood-burning stove. The living space takes advantage of the views over the courtyard which are framed by mature trees and the south wing of Elsick House
The kitchen and dining area are well equipped with contemporary appliances including a halogen hob, microwave and dishwasher. Large patio doors from the dining area give direct access to the south facing garden and patio.
The Lodge has been designed to meet current wheelchair access requirements to allow it to provide self-catering holiday accommodation for visitors with mobility problems. There is a ground floor bedroom and shower room and level access has been provided to the front door.
The contemporary steel and maple stair provides access to the spacious first floor hall. Large windows have been used to provide an interesting view into the wood directly behind the lodge. 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom are located on this floor, the master bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom.
The upper floor has a TV lounge and it can be a great place for the children to catch up with television. Another twin bedroom is provided on this level
