Pend Garden Cottage is on the waterfront of the quaint fishing village St Monans, 13 miles from St Andrews in Fife, with lovely views of the Firth of Forth.

Pend Garden Cottage has a great deal going for it. Firstly, it is situated on the waterfront. Secondly, it has been completely renovated and refurbished to a high standard by its new owners, who intend to live there themselves one day. Thirdly, and unusually for the houses huddling round the harbour here, it has its own, quite large, delightful and enclosed suntrap garden. And fourthly it is close to one of the most prestigious seafood restaurants in the area!
On three floors linked by steepish stairs, the house is full of character, and you can easily imagine the fisherfolk of past generations making their home here. At the same time, it offers all modern comforts and has wonderful sea views to the Bass Rock from most main rooms.
