Pinesmoke sits in a quiet location with views to the river Lochay and a short walk from the charming village of Killin and the famous Falls of Dochart. Situated within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park its central location offers easy visits to e.g. Stirling Castle, Scone Place, Edinburgh, Oban and Blair Drummond Wildlife Park.

Situated at the head of Loch Tay there are many opportunities for walking, cycling, canoeing, fishing or simply relaxing by visiting the local historic sites and villages. Canoes and bikes are available for hire in the village.
The accommodation is laid out over one floor, with 9 steps to the front entrance. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable and the large picture window in the sitting room provides impressive views over the river Lochay and the Tarmachan ridge. Having an open fire this room is ideal for cosy nights in, during the winter. The conservatory/dining room leads off a well laid out and equipped kitchen. The conservatory opens on to the patio and large enclosed garden that has delightful views over the adjoining hillside. The garage games room has a full sized table tennis table and a small pool table that ensures visitors of all ages can be entertained after a day of outdoor activity.
