Pitstop 82 is a traditional 2 room BnB designed for those who love the great outdoors.

Our BnB aims to cater for those who are exploring the Scottish Borders. We offer facilities such as outdoor electricity and water, bike maintenance rack and tools, as well as off-road parking for bikes with secure storage and for the smaller motorbikes as the access has a 1 metre width restriction. There is plenty of space to store your gear, and this includes walkers, golfers, fishermen too!
Our rooms have the most comfortable beds we could source as well as multiple USB ports and free WIFI.
We have a twin room and a double room. The double room has french doors to a private patio area which is partially screened from the main garden. Breakfast can be served there if requested.
Each room has an ensuite shower room and tea and coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer, fan, hanging rails and waterproof mats for gear. For a small fee we offer a clothes wash per room per stay.
Daily housekeeping, towels changed on request.
Our breakfast choices are traditional or continental and our meat is sourced from our local award winning butcher. We also cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free diets.
Guests have access to our large, wildlife friendly garden whether to have breakfast served or to relax in the sun.
No E-bike charging, no pets, no children.
