Its magical location is perfect to soak in the Lochs magical healing properties with a large terrace, 2 BBQ areas, a Hot Tub, private Sauna and extensive terraced garden running directly to the Loch shore and private beach access.
The onsite facilities at Taymouth cater for all or you may wish to simply take in the stunning views and landscape from the cottage. There are a variety of water sports on the doorstep at the marina between April-October. There is the popular onsite Ferryman's Inn restaurant, a Gastropub offering indulgent food and wine, in a rustic, relaxing and sumptuous setting where a wood-fired pizza oven and an open grill take centre stage with a mouth-watering menu that caters for all. Facilities also include the award-winning Hot Box Spa (extra charges apply). This 2 hour invigorating and relaxing experience includes full use of our Outdoor Hot Pool, Hot Box Sauna, Steam Room, Jetty, Loch Tay Slide and relaxing outdoor terrace all surrounded by magnificent views.
There is an 18 hole Golf Course just over a mile away in the village of Kenmure where it is also possible to buy fishing permits for Loch Tay. The central location makes an excellent base within easy reach of both town and country with Perth just over 45 minutes away and day trips can be comfortably made to Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews. The stunning Highland scenery is on the doorstep with trips to see the iconic views at the likes of Glencoe and Braemar only about an hour and a half drive away.
