Curlew Cottage is a 2 bedroomed terraced holiday cottage located in the beautiful sandy bay of Port Logan near the Mull of Galloway and just 14 miles from Stranraer. It is an ideal for sea anglers, walkers, bird watchers or families looking for a tranquil beachside holiday.

Curlew Cottage is a cosy but well-equipped holiday cottage in the beautiful bay of Port Logan in South West Scotland. Recently renovated, the cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms (one with a king-sized bed the other with two singles). The living/dining room comes with a flat-screen TV (freeview) and DVD player and even has a log burner to keep you cosy on those cooler autumn nights. The modern well-equipped kitchen has a full-sized cooker with a separate hob, fridge and freezer. The cottage is also provided with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, an i-pod docking station and USB wall sockets. The tastefully decorated bathroom has a full-sized bath with over-bath shower. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay (fresh linen/towels are provided for stays of more than seven nights). You need only bring your own beach towels!

Outside, guests have use of a charming seating and barbecue area - perfect for cooking your daily catch!

Our accommodation is located directly across a quiet road from idyllic Port Logan Bay and is pet-friendly (one medium or two small dogs). We even provide a portable ‘wash daddy’ dog wash and ‘doggy towels’ to clean and dry your pet after a romp along the beach!

Curlew Cottage is a single storey cottage, though the double bedroom has two internal steps into it.

Please note that Curlew Cottage shares an external door with our other 4 bed accommodation - Sunset View - but has its own internal front door. Where available, both sets of accommodation may be booked for two families wishing to holiday together (up to a maximum of 8 people). Please note that unfortunately we are not able to accept pets in Sunset View.
