This property is an ideal basecamp for exploring more of what Inverness has to offer or to travel further afield and explore more of the Highlands and Islands. The lounge is furnished with a large corner settee, coffee table, side cabinet with lamp, black-out curtains, widescreen TV with Freeview, Wi-Fi internet router and great views over the River Ness. The kitchen (just off the lounge) offers guests everything needed for a self-catering holiday in the Highlands with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glassware, selection of pots, pans and utensils, dining table and 4 chairs and view over river Ness. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, bedside cabinets with lights, large built-in mirrored wardrobe with shelving and extensive hanging space, widescreen TV with Freeview. The modern en-suite with toilet, wash hand basin and double shower cubicle. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with lights, large mirrored wardrobe with shelving and extensive hanging space. Ironing board, clothes dryer, iron, hairdryer, all stored in wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, plumbed over-bath shower, WC and wash hand basin. The outside has allocated parking for 1 car outside the apartment in a private car park. Guest parking is pay and display. Any other information: Gas central heating throughout with on-demand hot water. Guests have access to the entire property. We are the booking agent for the owners and can be contacted at our office in Dingwall during the following hours Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:00 and Saturdays 9:30 - 12:00 prior to your arrival. Prior to your arrival, we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. The apartment offers guests fantastic views of the River Ness and is within walking distance to all Inverness amenities including shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and entertainment such as Eden Court Theatre. The A9 (dual carriageway) can be accessed easily, offering guests the opportunity to explore more of the surrounding area. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. There is a good bus service in Inverness with routes running through-out Inverness and the surrounding area. The train station and bus station can be accessed within a 5-minute walk from the property. The nearest Airport is within a 20-minute drive. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Unfortunately the apartment is unsuitable for childern under 4 years old. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
