The Space
Our premier room is located just 10 minutes walk from the town square where there's a good selection of bars and restaurants.
The room is located at the side of the main house. It has its own private entrance and en-suite shower room. You will receive a key on arrival and you are welcome to come and go as you please. The rear of the property is South East facing so captures the full morning sun. We have provided a small outdoor sitting area accessed direct for your room. There is a small table and chairs ideal for those who wish to have there continental breakfast out-doors. We offer a continental breakfast, this is on a self-service bases and is available in the breakfast/games room.
Breakfast: There is tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave oven. A good selection of cereals, bread, pastries, yogurt and fruit available.
Guest Access
You will have access to our breakfast/games room. This room is fully central heated and located at the foot of the rear garden, it houses a shower room with WC & wash basin, gym equipment, full size snooker table, dart board, seating area with music radio/CD Player selection of music CD's, 40" TV Sky basic package, Wii games console with Wii fit board.
We only have one letting room so you will only ever share the facilities with our-selves This is a great space to chill out, and have fun.
Interaction with Guests
The snooker room is used by myself each Wednesday evening with friends, you are more than welcome to join in.
The Neighbourhood
We are situated 10 minutes walk from the town centre, the local supermarket just 5 minute walk. There are many Bars and Restaurants just a short walk away.
Getting Around
There is a local bus service, which runs between the main Border Towns. The nearest railway station is Berwick upon Tweed this is 20 miles East of Kelso.

Secure space is available for your walking equipment, fishing gear, Golf equipment, Cycles Etc.
