Pucks Lodge is our attractive holiday lodge situated on the edge of the Argyll Forest in a beautiful part of the Scottish Highlands set between Holy Loch and pituresque Loch Eck. Our aim is to ensure you have all the comforts for a truely enjoyable holiday. Pucks Lodge: Pucks Lodge is one of only 18 privately owned lodges on a small development known as Lamont Lodges. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty the lodge is ideal for relaxing,exploring the beautiful Argyll countryside, enjoying wildlife, (deer,red squirrels and birds a plenty!) For the more adventerous there are plenty of opportunities from mountain biking, hill walking,stalking, fishing, and kayaking. If you prefer to browse art galleries and museums or are in need of some retail therapy Glasgow with its many art galleries, shops,museums and restaurants is within easy distance. We enjoyed using our holiday lodge so much we decided to share the experience. The lodge has been furnished as our special holiday retreat and as such it gives you a real home fom home experience , with all the creature comforts you need to enjoy your relaxing break .The accomodation consists of a dining area with large dining table and adjoining kitchen so everyone can keep the cook company! It is equipped with all necessary comforts including a dishwasher. A large seperate sitting room and the sleeping accommodation consist of one double and two twin bedrooms all with own cosy throws and cushions providing comfortable sleeping for upto six. Bedlinen and towels are provided free of charge so you just need to pack your own personal items. The bathoom has an electric shower and a washer and tumble dryer are adjacent to the bathroom. : For the days when you prefer to stay indoors rather than venture out, as well as the usual Television , DVD and Radio/CD player and Ipod docking station, we have provided a selection of magazines, CD's , Books, Jigsaws and Games to help you enjoy your time. Even our four legged friends have their own special jar of treats !
