Red Kite and Osprey Lodges are located in Rogart in the Highlands, they offer you a unique experience of the Scottish Highlands. You can escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just relax, unwind and enjoy what Scotland has to offer.

Red Kite and Osprey Lodges have an elevated position that provides breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside and mountain ranges. Situated on a working croft of 300-acres where sheep and cattle roam freely they are the perfect place to explore the Highlands.

The lodges are very well appointed with all the accommodation being on the ground floor. The living, dining and kitchen areas are open plan with patio doors leading to a raised decking area where a private hot tub can be found.

The living areas have a wood burner, 40″ Freesat Smart TV, DVD player and double sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements). The kitchens have numerous appliances including and electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher with a separate utility area that houses a freeze, washing machine and a tumble dryer. The two bedrooms in each lodge, which again are beautifully appointed, have a king-size bed and 32″ Freesat TV in each. The wet rooms, which are wheelchair accessible, each has a claw foot bath and an accessible wet room walk-in shower.

The lodges are furnished to a very high standard and provides a warm, friendly and unique experience that you will remember for years to come.

Please note the following: 3 dogs are welcome at the lodges but must be kept on the lead when outside the garden area due to the working croft. There is private parking for up to 3 cars. No smoking.
