Rinibar is a traditionally styled, stonebuilt detached house on the Orkney islands, set in 70 acres of private land and coastline with a superb beach nearby.

Rinibar House is a traditional stone-built cottage that stands alone within 70 acres of private land on the Hoxa peninsula of South Ronaldsay, with beautiful views out over the bay.
Inside, many of the original period features have been retained but without any compromise on 21st century comfort. It is bright and warm with an open fire in the sitting room, a wood-burning stove in the dining room and lovely sea views from most of the bedrooms.
St Margaret’s Hope (restaurant, shops, golf course), where the ferry arrives from the mainland, is only 3 miles away and there is a stunning sandy beach in easy walking distance.
To reach the Orkney ‘mainland’ you cross the impressive man-made causeways known as the Churchill Barriers. It takes about 30 minutes to reach Kirkwall (all facilities) and beyond that are many other wonders including Maeshowe, the Ring of Brodgar stone circle and the Skara Brae Neolithic settlement, to name but a few.
