Sufficiently distant from any sizeable town or village to feel rural and remote yet close enough ( a scenic 8 mile drive from Lochinver) to take advantage of the local shops, restaurants and other amenities as required
The cottage, a former croft house is situated just a few minutes walk from the spectacular sandy beach in Clashnessie Bay and the stunning waterfall from which the hamlet derives its name; Clais An Easaidh - literally meaning trench or bowl of the waterfall.
The accommodation which sleeps a maximum of four people comprises:
Lounge with satellite TV, Video, DVD player and Hi-Fi
Kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine
Porch with freezer
Double bedroom
Twin Bedroom
Bathroom with WC, basin and electric shower over the bath
Heating is by storage heaters and a multifuel stove in the lounge.
Linen and towels are provided.
Electricity charged at cost by meter reading at end of stay.
