Rockfoot B&B, is part of a working hill farm, located between the Fintry and Campsie Hills, on the banks of the River Endrick. Our home is a modern farmhouse, with a separate entrance for our guests. The guest accommodation features two bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other a family room. There is a guest sitting room/breakfast room, giving immediate access to a south facing guest garden area. There is dedicated guest parking. Access to the guest area is via steps in the garden but if guests are not able for steps then access can be gained via our private driveway.
Both rooms have en suite shower rooms and are equipped with hairdryer and a hospitality tray. Internet connection is available for guests, free of charge, and an iron and ironing board can be available if required. Guests have their own door key and are able to come and go as they please if staying for more than one night.
On arrival we offer guests tea/coffee with biscuits and cakes, allowing them to relax and refresh themselves after their journey. Start the morning with a Scottish cooked breakfast, or if you prefer, a continental breakfast. Breakfast can be served early on request.
We have lots of tourist information brochures giving some ideas of things to do in the area and places to see. We are the ideal base for touring Central Scotland, so why not stay a few days, as there are so many different directions to go and places to explore. We are always happy to try and help you plan routes or find distances and travel time to different places. Stirling is only 25 minutes from us, Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs just over half an hour, with Edinburgh and Perth around an hour’s drive from our door.
