9 self-catering chalets & 6 self contained en-suite bedroom units, located in the quiet village of St Marys, just 6 miles from the main town of Kirkwall. Our location is near to the historic Churchill Barriers, Italian Chapel & waters of Scapa Flow.
The 9 x chalets comprise of a mix of 1 or 2 bedrooms, with a range of double or twin rooms available.
The 6 x self contained bedroom units comprise of a double or twin room, each with their own toilet. There is no living/kitchen area.
No Pets Allowed.
Free parking on site.
Laundry facilities available on site with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
Short breaks are welcome.

The accommodation is located just a 10 min walk from Orkney's iconic Italian Chapel (Italian Chapel opening times ) and look over the Churchill Barriers, more information here. If you head south over the Barriers, you can visit Tomb of the Eagles and the Fossil & Heritage Centre.
Orkney's capital Kirkwall, is a short drive away (7 miles), where you can visit Earls & Bishops Palaces Kirkwall , St Magnus Cathedral (St Magnus Cathedral tour times ), Orkney Museum, Highland Park Distillery and Scapa Distillery , to name a few of the attractions in town. There are many eateries, pubs, cafes also in Kirkwall, you can find out more here . If the weather isn't too kind, the The Pickaquoy Centre offers excellent indoor facilities such as a swimming pool, cinema, various exercise classes and kids entertainment.
The heart of Neolithic Orkney is a 30 min drive from the chalets, heading to the West Mainland where you can visit Skara Brae, Maeshowe, Ring of Brodgar and Standing Stones of Stenness . A further drive of 15 mins will take you to the Brough of Birsay , Broch of Gurness and Earls Palace Birsay.
Take time out from the sites and take a stroll through the cobbled streets of Stromness, visit the Pier Arts Centre , Stromness Museum or Ness Battery . Find out more about Stromness on this link.
