Rosemount Loft is a wonderful split level hideaway with stunning sea views set on the esplande in Kirn, Dunoon. An ideal base to explore the Cowal Peninsula. This charming three bedroom loft apartment is stylishly restored to provide all the modern comforts for a family break or a romantic escape for two.

Interior
Step into your hideaway and feel instantly at home and relaxed. The loft has been redesigned and refurbished by the owners to create a home-from-home retreat. On the first level via stairs you enter a spacious hallway, welcomed by an inviting arm chair, ideal for peaceful moments or a quiet bedtime whisky. This floor also features the Master double bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom.

Continue upstairs to discover an open plan living area that offers comfortable sofas, a cosy wood burning stove and central heating. The highlight on this level is the tower which is incorporated in the living space, a gorgeous sunny spot to soak up the stunning sea views or simply sit with a glass of wine and gaze across the Firth of Clyde. This open area also includes a modern kitchen complete with quality fittings and appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, separate hob and a dining table.

There is family bathroom leading off the living room, and two further bedrooms, a spacious double bedroom and a twin bedroom that is ideal for children.

There is parking space for two cars at the rear and a shared garden area with outdoor seating for sunny days. Sorry no pets allowed.

Explore
Rosemount Loft is a perfect base to explore this spectacular region. Take long walks along the promenade for views over the Clyde Estuary and to catch a glimpse of the local wildlife from herons, swans and even dolphins. The town centre of Dunoon is only a 15-20 minute walk away.
