We would like to welcome you to Rowan Cottage, Finstown. A well appointed 4 star property with 2 bedrooms (sleeping 3) with fabulous views over the Bay of Firth.

Prices:

March - mid May £80 per night, minimum 4 nights stay

Mid May - end Aug £630 per week, weekly lets only

Sept/Oct - £80 per night, minimum 4 nights stay

We are in a great location for visiting the sights in Orkney such as Skara Brae, Maeshowe, Ring of Brodgar and so forth as Finstown is situated midway between the towns of Stromness and Kirkwall ( 7 miles) and is the cross roads for the country bus services.

For all fishermen, cyclists, outdoor adventurers, bird watchers- there is a shed that would be suitable for fishing rods/waders/wet weather gear/canoes etc.

Accommodtion consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with single and guest bed. Large open plan kitchen and lounge area. Bathroom facilities with shower only. The cottage is electrically heated with storage heaters and individual heaters in all rooms.

We have wooden decking at the front of cottage with seating so on a nice evening you can sit out and enjoy the view.

Please note, no smoking or vaping on the premises.

Welcome pack provided for guests ( local bread, milk and biscuits).

There is a village shop, post office, garage with fuel services, EV charge points in Finstown.
