Rua Reidh Lighthouse stands at the entrance to Loch Ewe on one of the most dramatic stretches of Scotland’s north-west coast. First lit in 1912, this Stevenson lighthouse offers stunning views across the Minch to Skye, the Shiants, and the Outer Hebrides. The former Keepers’ Quarters have been converted to a small comfortable guest house comprising B&B rooms and a self-catering apartment. Enjoy stunning hikes along rugged clifftops; look out for whales, porpoise, dolphin, and sea otters; bring binoculars for an abundance of bird life. Meals provided on request for residents.
