Saddlery cottage sits in two acres of private enclosed gardens less than a 10 minute walk from the centre of Melrose. The cottage dates from 1870 and was a working Saddlery until the 1980's. It has now been fully converted and superbly modernised and equipped to provide very high quality accommodation in a stunning garden location. The Saddlery has its own private garden area, patio with garden furniture and parking for three cars. It is built from local red sandstone and has delightful south-facing aspects with views over the gardens to open fields and the Eildon Hills beyond. The Saddlery has solid Hickory wood floors, beamed ceilings, central heating, double glazing and is furnished an equipped to a very high standard. Graded at VisitScotland Four Star for 2017..
