Sandy’s@Tilquhillie is a self-contained annex with off road parking and direct access to woodland walks, great cycling and renowned mountain bike trails.
Sandy's has been recently created from what was the old servants' quarters. It is now a modern, warm and stylish property which retains much of the old charm. What was the butler’s pantry is now a well-equipped kitchen/ dining/ living area with a comfy sofa plus wall mounted Smart TV. The bedroom can either be made as a King or twin room. There is an electric power shower and separate toilet both with underfloor heating.
For your canine friends that may be travelling with you, Sandy’s has access to a large fenced garden and quiet dog friendly walks within metres of the door. A south facing area provides a sheltered place to enjoy morning coffee, leisurely lunches or dinner on warm summer evenings.
