Sealladh Cnoc is a new build property located at Shoreside, on the north shore of Loch Tay. This beautiful property has an ‘upside down’ layout to make the most of the breath taking view from the living space. Sleeps 6 and dog friendly

This beautiful property has an ‘upside down’ layout to make the most of the breath taking view from the living space. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 king and one zip and link which can be made as a king or twins. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have en-suite shower rooms and there is also a family bathroom. All the bedrooms are downstairs and the open plan living space is upstairs. The house benefits from a stylish and well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and toastie maker. To the side of the kitchen area there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer and a toilet. There is a dining area and spacious sitting area with log burner and large patio doors opening out on the balcony. On the balcony you will find a dining table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining and it is south facing so gets the best of the sunshine well into the evening. The comfy sitting area has 2 large sofas and a Smart TV. There is a selection of books and games.

Please note that there are a lot of steps to reach the house from the parking area so this property is not suitable for any guests with mobility issues. There is 1 allocated and 1 guest parking space for the property and some additional guest parking on the site. This property is dog friendly but please note there is no secure private garden area. The grounds on the site are communal and there is also a private loch side beach just over the road with a jetty and private fishing rights (in season). The beach is the perfect spot for picnics and wild swimming.
