Sealoch house is located on a picturesque and very quiet narrow road on which sheep and lambs graze so be careful when driving! It is extremely peaceful and quiet and if you live in a town then you must take time to listen to the silence. Sealoch house has uninterupted views of Loch Broom with easy access down to the shore and stone beach. Walk out the front door and you can go straight up the hills to get stunning views of Ullapool or fish for trout in the hill top lochs.
the wonderful village of Ullapool is on the opposite side of the loch only 15-20 minutes away by car.
The House has large open plan feel perfect for communication with many large windows providing many different vistas to enjoy. It is perfect for either single or multiple couples to enjoy.
The luxurious open plan living area is divided into distinct areas of dining room, kitchen, reading/relaxing area and lounge/tv area. Large doors open onto the large timber raised deck overlooking Loch Broom
The kitchen has a Neff induction cooker hob, two Bosch ovens, Bosch dishwasher, Sharp American style fridge freezer, Samsung wine cooler and lots of storage in modern high gloss units.
The dining room has a long custom made timber table capable of seating eight comfortably and enjoys views down the loch and also the sheep and chickens that are often in the next field so it is a wonderful space just to chill and talk/eat.
The Lounge has a large 50” Samsung plasma tv connected to a surround sound system. You can also play i pods through the sound system or if you have vinyls that you have not played for years then bring them with you and play them ( carefully please) on the record deck provided.
A wood burner provides warmth and comfort when the weather becomes colder.
The loch view bedroom has stunning views over the loch and burn. Take time to enjoy the super king sized bed or relax in the bath situated in the bedroom and take in the views whilst chatting to your partner. The room also has a separate toilet and shower room.
The burn view bedroom has two single beds that can be joined if required to form large double. It enjoys views over the burn to the side and hills to the front. It has an ensuite room with large slate lined high quality walk in shower, integrated toilet and basin.
The hill view bedroom again has two single beds and has views over the front hills. It has an ensuite room with high quality shower cubicle and integrated toilet and basin. This bathroom is also accessed from the entrance hall to serve as toilet for the lounge area.
The front door enters into the entrance hall with lovely natural slate floor tiling with plenty of space to hang coats and take off shoes.
The utility Room is accessed from the entrance hall and is fitted with a Samsung washing machine and AEG tumble dryer. Hoover, brushes/mops/ironing and clthes drying equipment are also located here.
A large raised deck runs across the house and can be accessed from the lounge, dining room or loch view bedroom.
You have large natural garden area to enjoy and there is private parking to plenty of cars.
