Situated on a quiet lane on the outskirts of the village of Salen, the cottage is in a slightly elevated position providing extensive, uninterrupted views across the Sound of Mull to the Morvern Hills beyond.
Salen is a small village, centrally located on the island, with a general store, small supermarket, post office, laundrette, church, hotel, Italian restaurant, garage, petrol station, doctor's surgery and a cottage hospital. There are regular bus services to Tobermory and the Craignure ferry.
The area is abundant with wildlife; deer, sea-eagles, buzzards, hen harriers and many other birds are seen regularly around the cottage.
The cottage has private off-road parking for up to four vehicles.
Please note, there are two wildlife ponds in the garden of the cottage, children should be supervised at all times.
