Dining table with seating for up to 4 guests. The kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware, pots and pans. The master bedroom is furnished with a bed that can be arranged as a king-size or 2 singles, bedside cabinets with lights, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe with mirror, hair dryer. The second bedroom has a bed that can be arranged as a king-size or 2 singles, bedside cabinets with lights, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe with mirror, hair dryer. The shower room has an electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The outside has off-street private parking for 2 cars. Private back garden with patio furniture and washing line. Guests have access to the entire property. The property is in a quiet residential area giving guests a quiet stay while being within a 5-minute walk of the city centre. There is a shop, pizza takeaway and fish and chip shop within a 2-minute walk of the apartment. A car is recommended when visiting the Highlands, however, is not needed to explore more of what Inverness has to offer. There is a frequent bus service that runs into the city centre. There is also a bus station in Inverness within a 10-minute walk of the property. Buses run through-out the Highlands in all directions. Taxis operate 24 hours of the day. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags. We are the booking agent for the owners and can be contacted at our office in Dingwall during the following hours Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:00 and Saturdays 9:30 - 12:00 prior to your arrival. Prior to your arrival we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay.
