Silcroft Cottage is set in a peaceful location in a large, enclosed garden on a hillside overlooking beautiful Loch Tay, on the edge of Fearnan.
The cottage is very stylishly presented with a large open plan sitting/dining room with gas stove at its heart and a well-equipped kitchen with utility room. There are two en suite double bedrooms and a single bedroom and outside is a lovely deck with wonderful loch views and steps down to the garden.
Kenmore (4m) has a grocery shop, pub, riding stables, golf course and The Scottish Crannog Centre, an impressive reconstructed ancient loch dwelling. Aberfeldy (11m) has a supermarket, cinema, petrol station and watersports centre. The surrounding area is popular with fans of munro bagging, with 8 in total including Ben Lawers (10m) that is just under 4,000 feet! Killin (14m, shops) is known for the Falls of Dochart running through it and has an outdoor centre that hires out kayaks, bikes and walking equipment.
