South Doll Farm Cottage is situated 2.1 miles from the closest small village of Dunmore which lies along the road between Throsk and Airth on the banks of the River Forth. The cottage is ideally placed for visiting Stirling or Falkirk, as well as being almost equidistant from Edinburgh and Glasgow. The close proximity to both Kincardine and Clackmannanshire bridges also enables easy access to the Kingdom of Fife and beyond.
On the ground floor, the entrance hallway leads to the twin and kingsize bedrooms both of which share the large shower room also located on this floor. The open plan lounge/ dining area has ample seating and dining space for 8 and the uniquely shaped kitchen, which was originally the Dairy Parlour, has everything you need for a self-catering holiday: fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.
On the upper floor, you will find a further kingsize bedroom and a single room. The large hall landing is kitted out with bean bags providing a chill-out area away from the rest of the house. The large family bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle.
