LOCATION
Situated in the village of Cunningsburgh, the lodges provide a rural, yet very central, base for exploring the islands. Lerwick, the capital of Shetland, is less than 15 minutes drive from the lodges. Sumburgh airport is approximately 15 miles by road to the south.
There is an abundance of wildlife in the area including seabirds, seals, and occasional otter sightings. The Mousa Boat, which provides trips to the nature reserves of Mousa and Noss, leaves from Sandsayre pier, a 5 minute drive away. The Sumburgh Head nature reserve and visitor centre is also within easy commuting distance.
