Staffa House holds the prestigious VisitScotland Gold Award for excelling in the areas of customer care and hospitality. It is a member of the Green Tourism Business Scheme and was awarded Gold level in its first assessment in July 2013.
Welcome to Staffa House! Situated in the heart of Fionnphort, only a couple of minutes' walk from the jetty, this is an excellent starting point for visits to Iona, Staffa and the Treshnish Islands. The house offers spacious, comfortable B&B accommodation with views of the Sound of Iona and Ben More. Explore the Ross of Mull with its wonderful walking and wildlife, beaches and boat trips. Delicious packed lunches are available. Walkers and cyclists are welcome. Guests travelling entirely by public transport are offered a discount - the bus terminus is just 200 metres from Staffa House and there are good public transport connections with ferry sailings between Oban and Craignure. Please see our Guestbook and TripAdvisor page for comments and reviews of Staffa House.
Open March-October. Please note that you can only make a booking for two nights or more.
Inside the doors of Staffa House, away from the hustle and bustle at the jetty, you will find a peaceful, atmosphere. All four bedrooms (two doubles, one twin, one family) are ensuite with tea/coffee making facilities.
The lovely conservatory downstairs has views looking west to the Sound of Iona (great for sunsets!) and east to Ben More. This is a place to relax, to unwind and to feel close to the elemental rocks and seas on your doorstep.
