The apartment is on the first floor of a new building and offers all the luxuries of a modern home, including a fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle), spacious and comfortable living area, with one sofa and one double sofa bed, a dining table and four chairs, a modern bathroom and one bedroom with a king size bed and a large mirrored wardrobe.
Everyday essentials such as iron, ironing board, hair dryer, refreshments are provided. A cot and highchair are available on request. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included. All bills are also included; there are no hidden extras to pay.
Smoking is not permitted within the property, but is allowed in the communal garden area. No pets are allowed. We would also expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours.
Directions: if you arrive by plain it is an easy journey from Edinburgh airport to the apartment, as the new tram service takes directly to Princes Street in the city centre. From there it's a 15 minute walk to the apartment, or less than 5 by bus. If you arrive by train the apartment is fifteen minute walk from the main station, Edinburgh Waverley or less than 5 minutes by bus. We will send you full directions when you book.
