Beautiful rooms aplenty, there is always somewhere to enjoy some luxury time after a day exploring and the large sitting room with its double height ceilings, French doors and wood burner will host many a splendid evening. An additional snug is perfect for children or as a break out space.
One double bedroom is located in the small studio across the courtyard. It is a separate entity presented to the same impeccable standards. A double bedroom, en-suite shower room, small kitchen and sitting area make up the sixth bedroom although if you are a party of 10 the house itself will be sufficient.
The house is set within a small estate and you have woodland walks to enjoy and of course you are within a moment’s walk of beautiful Loch Lomond. The Trossachs National Park surrounds you if you enjoy the outdoors. If you prefer a less active holiday then this is a marvellous location for jumping off to see the west coast, Glasgow, Edinburgh or Stirling.
This house is in a class of its own – simply gorgeous and perhaps the nicest house for 10/12 in the Trossachs National Park.

Ground Floor:
Enter through the original cottage door into the snug area with large flat screen TV and DVD player,there is garden access from this room onto the lower terrace and hot tub. Also on this floor is a double room with kingsize bed and next door, a shower room with a large walk in shower.
The kitchen is located on a mezzanine level. From the kitchen is a glass hallway which connects to the boot room with cloakroom, the formal dining room which seats 12 and then at the end the sitting room. This room has full size bifold opening doors leading to the terrace and walled garden beyond. There is a log burner and very large curved screen TV with DVD player, X Box and Sonos music system.
Located off the sitting room is a bedroom suite with kingsize four poster bed and shower room with walk in shower. This bedroom also has an external door leading to the courtyard at the rear of the property.
First Floor:
A double room with kingsize four poster bed, twin room. These two rooms share a bathroom: bath with overhead shower, WC & WHB.
There is another mezzanine level with another kingsize double room with en-suite shower room with WC & WHB.
Studio:
The Studio is located across the courtyard via an external staircase.
Open plan kitchen/sitting room, kingsize bedroom, shower room with WC & WHB.
Outside:
A large enclosed walled garden with outside dining for 12 and a 7-seater Hot Tub.
The garden contains seating areas and large planters for fresh flowers and vegetables.
