The Space
**Please be aware a service/cleaning fee of £70 will be charged per stay at point of booking to the property**
The property has a shared entrance on the ground floor and ample off street free parking directly outside. Free Wifi
The accommodation layouts are as follows:
Ground Floor – shared access with ground floor property. Merchant House access is the door on right at the end of the entrance vestibule.
First Floor – Large country type kitchen with island and access to decking area and garden. Large lounge and reception room with smaller informal dining table. Open fire in lounge. Formal dining room. Utility room with washer and dryer.
Second Floor – Two double bedrooms (one is ensuite). Twin room. Family bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Third Floor – Twin room. Lounge with double sofa bed.
Garden – large garden to rear of property with table and chairs.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.
Guest Interaction
I am happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 4pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code.
Other Things to Note
Smoking is not permitted within the property. Smoking is permitted on the decking area to the rear but butts must be placed in the bin provided.
The Merchant House is a town house, and so we do ask you are mindful of the neighbours. No parties at all are allowed and we ask you are respectful of the neighbours throughout your stay.
The maximum occupation at any given time is 10 guests.
