Friendly B&B in a Victorian house in the quiet conservation area of Moffat, just two minutes walk from the High Street.

Since opening in 2016 we have been delighted to welcome travellers from near and far. We offer a comfortable retreat with just two bedrooms (a double and twin), a spacious dining room for breakfast, cosy TV room/snug with shelves stocked with travel guides and maps and, weather permitting, a garden to sit in. Your en-suite room is upstairs at the back of the house, overlooking the large courtyard. We are authors of the leading guidebook to Dumfries and Galloway and enjoy sharing this corner of southwest Scotland with guests.
