This property is in a peaceful, residential area of the historic and scenic town of Nairn which boasts two championship golf courses -one of which is within walking distance of the house. Nairn also has beautiful long, clean beaches, and a picturesque harbour.
The cosy house has two bedrooms, the main bedroom with luxury Hypnos king size bed and the second bedroom with two single beds with Hilton Monarch mattresses - all new as is the bed linen, towels, etc. The house is all on one level with central heating, off road parking and lawn to front and rear.
There is a washer/drier in the well equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, coffee maker and quality cookware.
There is a large flat screen television in the lounge and wifi throughout.
Nairn is one of the driest and sunniest places in Scotland. It has a good range of shopping and restaurants. It is only 6 miles from Inverness airport and 15 miles from Inverness, the capital of the Highlands.
Nairn is ideally situated for visiting Loch Ness, Isle of Skye, the Cairngorm national park as well as the beautiful eastern fishing villages and the Whisky Trail. It is only 11 miles/21 kms from Culloden and the Clava Cairns.

The more energetic will be able to take advantage of a variety of golf courses in the surrounding area, from championship to the less demanding. Sailing is also available in the area along with various other watersports.
