Sunnydale is a 3 bedroom cottage in the countryside which can sleep up to 6 adults and one child. It has Wi-Fi, parking and space to relax with views over the countryside towards Scapa Flow. Optional hot tub hire is available by prior arrangment. Only 2.4 miles from Kirkwall town centre. Scapa beach is a short drive away. This freshly renovated cottage has an open plan upstairs TV lounge with an electric fire and a double pull out sofa bed across the landing from the master bedroom. Downstairs there are 2 smaller in size single bedrooms, one with an extra pull out bed. The trundle bed mattress is 5ft 8" by 2ft 6 " and is more suited to a child. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and corner shower.
Enjoy the open coal fire in the evening or venture out through the patio doors to the south facing deck and terrace to look over towards Scapa flow in the distance.
