Our charming spacious one bedroom cottage with exposed stone wall and open fire has a true highland feel, with a love shack and hot tub this is a highland romantic getaway like no other. A stone throw away from the river Don and the 300 year old Poldullie bridge, we are also central to whisky trails & castles. We have 4 residential pony’s Romeo, Tinkerbell, Candyfloss & Bugalug who love to interact with our guests and our free range hens Daisy, Betty Boo, Dolly & Speckles hopefully you will get to enjoy their scrumptious eggs during your stay.

We are set in the Cairngorms National Park next to the village of Bellabeg, which holds the famous Lonach Highland gathering and games that attracts over 7,000 people a year, a stone throw away from the river Don we have views towards the famous three hundred year old Poldullie bridge built in 1715 by the Jacobites, the bridge was used as a location in the film 'Mary Queen of Scots'. Sweetheart Cottage is the ideal location for sightseeing, walking , skiing, exploring and birdwatching or just to chill out and relax.

Included with the cottage is the Love Shack & Hot tub.

A 'For Cakes Sake' afternoon tea can be ordered by prior arrangement, please enquire when you book.
