Welcome to The Boat Hoose, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage near Loch Lomond.

The Boat Hoose is a well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom self catering cottage, sitting in the extensive mature grounds of Drumkinnon Cottage. It is positioned 500 metres from Loch Lomond and lies between the five star resort of Cameron House and Lomond shores visitor centre. This area is a great location for a base to explore Loch Lomond, Stirling, Glasgow and many activities.

The Boat Hoose benefits from central heating and is suitable for all seasons.

Enter the door to a hall and cloak area, there is a door leading to the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge and dining area are well appointed and feature satellite TV audio, DVD and big soft comfortable leather sofas.

The Kitchen is fully fitted an benefits from Built in oven, hob, fridge, sink, kettle and toaster. There is a door leading to a utility area containing a washing machine, tumble dryer dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and a hostess trolley. There is a cloakroom toilet.

From the hall, the stairs leading to the first floor with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both feature there own bathroom with bath, over bath shower and underfloor heating. Each bedroom has satellite TV, DVD player and a walk in wardrobe.

Outside there is a stone patio with seating, dining area and a summer house for alfresco dinning when weather is inclement. Within the grounds there are places to sit and relax or listten to the gentle trickle of water running down the burn which runs through the grounds. Why not take a stroll through the orchard or explore some of the wilder parts of the grounds.
