Great for mountain bilers, pet lovers, wildlife enthusiasts, RSPB members, golfers, walkers and cyclists as well as those that just want to relax.

The recently re-furbished Barend Bar and Restaurant is within easy walking distance and is open every night serving high quality food. It is also pet friendly as well as having a roaring log burner, with soft leather furniture and great decor.

Colvend is a hub for mountain bikers with 4 of the 7 staines trails within the locality. RSPB Mersehead bird santory is only a 5 minute drive. Kippford and Rockcliffe are a short drive or bus ride away.

With just one bedroom it is ideally suited to couples.

The apartment is situated to the rear of the main St Ninians house. It has its own enclosed mature garden which allows your dog the freedom they deserve, which in-turn over looks an oak wood.

The price for the apartment is fully inclusive of all heating and electricity costs, all bed linen and towels are provided (please provide your own beach towels).

Guests have access to the swimming pool and sauna at Barend Holiday Village (small charge applies)
