This beautiful apartment has been lovingly decorated throughout. As soon as you walk down the small flight of stairs from street level, you are greeted by a private patio with outside dining furniture so you can relax in the open air in the summer evenings. Stepping through the front door of the apartment, you are greeted by a bright an open hallway. The living room has a colourful, funky yet calm feel to it. Fully equipped with fast WiFi, Apple TV and Netflix, all of your entertainment needs will be met for your stay. The sitting room leads onto the kitchen which is modern yet classic and has been recently re-fitted with top of the range appliances, including microwave, oven, fridge/freezer with built in ice and water dispenser, Nespresso machine and dishwasher, as well as Le Creuset cookware.
All three bedrooms lead off the hallway. The first bedroom is bright and spacious with a large inbuilt wardrobe. The master bedroom has full length French doors which look out onto the (inaccessible) terrace and gardens beyond. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room which has under-floor heating for a touch of luxury. The properties third and final bedroom features a large wardrobe. There is a gorgeous view out of the large window directly onto the Royal Botanic Gardens' nurseries and greenhouses.
Inverleith Place is a highly desirable part of Edinburgh, being close enough to the city centre to offer guests the best of sight-seeing, dining and shopping, yet still in a private feeling, affluent and leafy area. Not only benefiting from the incredible close proximity to Edinburgh's Royal Botanic Garden, but it is a very short walk to the beautiful Water of Leith walkway which passes through some of the most interesting areas including Dean Village, the Union Canal and the Scottish Gallery of Modern Art.
Edinburgh's city centre is only about a 25 minute walk from the apartment but there are also fantastic bus links which will take you to the heart of Edinburgh in 10 minutes or so.

The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £250.00 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
