The Golf Inn Gullane extends a warm welcome to our guests. It is the ideal place to stay for a golfing trip, romantic weekend or family holiday.
At The Golf Inn in Gullane you can expect to find a comfortable homely place to stay, exquisite food and the warmest of welcomes. We have 8 Deluxe Double or Twin en suite Bedrooms. We also have a 3 bedroom Suite, which sleeps up to 4 guests. All our rooms have been recently renovated to a very high standard.
The Inn is run by Derek Johnstone, the inaugural winner of The BBC's Masterchef the Professionals, Derek has worked in Michelin Star kitchens and is now creating exceptional food at The Golf Inn. We serve the finest local produce in our restaurant, treated with respect and cooked with care. We offer a traditional Bar Classics Menu as well as a daily 3 course Market Menu.
When staying with us guests have use of our residents lounge which is a lovely place to relax, with a coffee machine and tea facilities, in the summer we also have a large garden to the rear of the Inn which is the perfect place to soak up some sun and enjoy a cocktail or two. We also have Jacks Bar which is Gullane's only sports bar, offering a HD Screen to watch your favourite sports as well as a darts board and pool table.
Located in the heart of Gullane, the Golf Inn is a short walk from the beautiful Gullane Bents, a long sandy beach, where there is a short walk along to Gullane Point and Aberlady Bay Nature Reserve. Gullane offers a selection of independent shops, tea rooms and delicatessens on the Main Street to enjoy.
The area provides some of the best golf courses in Scotland. Within the village we have Muirfield, which has hosted The Open many times, as well as Gullane Golf Club which is located 250 metres from our door which offers 3 fantastic courses. There are over 20 courses in the area, meaning it is a true golfers paradise!
Other Local visitor attractions include The Scottish Seabird Centre, Glenkinchie Distillery, John Muir House, Myreton Motor Museum and East Fortune Museum of Flight. The area also boasts a variety of historic houses and castles.
We also now accept dogs in our cottage rooms for £10 per night per dog.
