A gorgeous, recently converted former granary that sits close by to the mountain biking haven of Innerleithen, in the Scottish Borders.

The Grain Store is a delightful property that is part of a converted stone farm steading, 3 miles from the lovely village of Innerleithen that is famous for its mountain biking.
Upon entering you are greeted by the beautiful, spacious open plan living room/dining area. You can get cosy in front of the wood-burning stove or come together to enjoy a meal cooked in the well-appointed kitchen.
Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom as well as a smart shower room with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom can be flexible as it can either be set out as a single or a twin room.
The property has a vibrant, green garden with a pretty patio area where you can relax outside and indulge yourself in the surroundings. There is a burn just 150 metres from the Grain Store where you can look out for herons and dippers while enjoying the peace and quiet.
The Scottish Borders is full of colourful history and interesting things to do, such as a visit to the impressive Traquair House (1.7 miles).
