The Granary Lodge luxury bed and breakfast is nestled in the grounds of The Castle of Mey. Whether you are touring the North Highlands of Scotland or looking for accommodation for that special occasion, The Granary Lodge is the perfect spot.

Situated in the North of Scotland on the NC 500 route midway between Thurso and John O' Groats and close to Dunnet Head, the Granary Lodge has breathtaking views over the Pentland Firth to Orkney. The Granary Lodge boasts ten individually designed, en-suite bedrooms with their own outside access. The relaxing drawing room features a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, a log fireplace, beautiful antique furniture and interesting seascapes and coastal influences.The welcoming dining room is decorated in a soft green and has six grandfather clocks, and a wall displaying prints of Scottish Clansmen and women.

Enjoy a relaxing drink in the drawing room, choose from one of the local fine artisan whisky, gin or ales that we have on offer, or enjoy a bottle of fine wine from our supplier Corney & Barrow.

We encourage you to stay for a few days in the Highlands to give you time to discover all that there is to see and do in our beautiful corner of the world.
