A delightful contemporary home near Crieff town centre, parks and riverside walks. Green Tourism Award for our environmentally-friendly policies.
The Hoolet is a comfortable, contemporary home built over 4 levels and has a Silver Green Tourism Award. Ideally situated in a quiet conservation area within Crieff itself, it is a few minutes walk from the local supermarket, the shops and the many excellent restaurants and pubs available in the town. In the opposite direction, also a few minutes from the door, is Macrosty Park with its walks and play area leading to the beautiful Lady Mary’s Walk alongside the River Earn.
Our home offers spacious accommodation with a large, comfy lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining room (with a sheltered outdoor deck eating area and a balcony), a utility room with a roomy hot cupboard, a king bedroom with en-suite, two twin bedrooms and a large family bathroom. There is a study with a desk which can also double as a baby room. Outside there is a large drive with ample parking for four cars and a beautifully planted private garden accessed by fourteen steps on one side or sloping shelved steps on the other.
