We have 5 chic en-suite bedrooms, named after local distilleries. A roll-top bath enhances the Glenlivet Room, and most rooms enjoy spectacular views. The Macallan Room, which follows the curve of the building, looks towards Easter Elchies House - the original home of The Macallan Malt Whisky.
Dining at The Mash Tun can be from a casual bite at the bar to a cosy corner in our historic, leather-clad room to formal, personalised, pre-booked meals in our private Stall Dhu Lodge.

The Mash Tun is home to a wide and varied selection of whiskies, both single malts and blends, predominately from Speyside but also incorporating distilleries from the rest of Scotland. Included in this selection is the exclusive Glenfarclas Family Cask Collection.
We also offer a small retail whisky and cigar shop that boasts an inviting ambience, centered around a prominent 3-door humidor showcasing an array of cigars. This humidor houses a carefully curated selection of both Cuban and New World cigars, ranging from £8 to £90, providing aficionados with a diverse choice of flavours and profiles.
