What was once used for storing fisherman’s nets has since been transformed into The Net Store, a cosy retreat just for two in the heart of Gardenstown.
Lovingly refurbished using an endearing nautical theme, it provides light and airy accommodation with an open plan living area that has been positioned upstairs to make the most of the sea views. French doors open up onto a charming balcony with seating and delightful views across the harbour to the sea beyond. A wood burning stove keeps it cosy and is great to sit in front of after a refreshing day’s sea air.
The attractive double bedroom (downstairs so that it is nice and cool for sleeping) has a smart en suite shower room and access to the garden.
There is a small enclosed grassed garden outside but the best views are certainly to be enjoyed from the balcony. You can park at the harbour and it is just a brief walk up the steps to the cottage.
