The Neuk completed build in 2017 and is a contemporary and luxurious home finished and furnished to the highest standards. It has several unique design features that add character and create the perfect holiday retreat such as a sedum roof, living area on the first floor with large glazed areas and balcony (otherwise known as an 'upside down house'), several pieces of hand made furniture, extensive outdoor area for socialising and plenty storage for all the equipment you may bring on holiday to explore the great outdoors.

The main entrance is on the first floor where you will be welcomed into the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with open aspect to the balcony. A large dining table comfortably seats ten or twelve with a bit of a squeeze. Adjacent is the lounge area where you can sit down and relax in front of the TV and log burner while various board games and a Sonos player is also provided. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you should need and provides plenty of storage for all your rations.
The enormous master bedroom with super-king sized double bed is located upstairs with an en-suite and separate walk-in wardrobe that could also be used as a small bedroom for an infant with cot. A sliding door provides access to a decking area exclusive to this bedroom.
A spiral staircase provides access to the ground floor where there are three further bedrooms, a TV/games room, family bathroom and utility room.
The large second master bedroom with king sized double bed has a walk-in wardrobe adjoining the en-suite with an external door direct to the patio area. The first of two family bunk rooms contains four hand made full sized bunks while the second has two hand made full sized bunks with a pull-out smaller (180cm) bed below for a guest or cater for different family groups. Both bunk rooms have external doors direct to the decking area and hot tub.
The TV/games room has a double futon suitable for guests (bedding not provided), bean bags, TV and X-box console with several games pre-loaded.
The utility room is equipped with a separate washer and dryer, drying pulley and a further area for drying or storage.
Outside is an expansive decking and paved area with atmospheric lighting to socialise, take a dip in the 6-7 seat hot tub, relax in the loungers or enjoy al fresco dining in the BBQ and eating area. This area sits in a shallow hollow providing privacy and shelter to make the most of outdoor entertainment. Preparation of this area is in its final stages of completion and will be a stunning place to spend time.
