Ground floor king bedroom with access to the garden and modern ensuite bathroom comprising separate bath and walk in shower. Main lounge features a stone fireplace with wood burning stove, multi-channel TV and patio door to the garden. Games room with pool table and sauna. Farmhouse-style L-shaped dining kitchen overlooking the garden. Separate WC.

First floor level
Open plan staircase accessed from the main living room leads to two beamed master bedrooms with zip and link beds (both with ensuite shower rooms), one of the bedrooms having a small balcony overlooking the pretty courtyard. Two further bedrooms with zip and link beds accessed from the front hall and share use of a standalone shower room.

Hot Tubs - Our hot tubs are drained and cleaned after every use. Appropriate chemicals replenished & hot tub refilled prior to each arrival. Meaning that your hot tub will not be ready for use until the morning after arrival.
