There is a magical quality to the light in this apartment that imbues a sense of calm and the elegant and hugely spacious interior complements the ambiance wonderfully. The interior has warm neutral furnishings, complementing the sunny tones of the wooden floors. There are touches of African, Global and Scottish art which give the apartment a delightfully exotic yet homely feel.

Classic Georgian Townhouse style building set in the New Town grid pattern designed by James Craig when he won a design competition which his plans won in 1766.
The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. The lead member of the booking party must be over 30 years. There is a strict no-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £650 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the number of stairs up to the property.
Both fireplaces are for decoration only and do not work. Please do not try to use them.
