The lounge is furnished with a 2-seater settee, armchair, coffee table, TV with DVD player, Freeview, docking station for iPod & iPhone and an information pack. The dining area has a dining table and 4 seats for guests. The kitchen offers guests a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The bedroom consists of a double Bed, bedside cabinets with table lamps, chest of drawers, easy chair and built in mirrored wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower. Parking is hassle free with private allocated space. Guests have access to the entire property. We are the booking agent for the owners and can be contacted at our office in Dingwall during the following hours Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:00 and Saturdays 9:30 - 12:00 prior to your arrival. Prior to your arrival, we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. Quiet area within walking distance of the city. Walker Park is within a 5-minute walk from the property. A car is always recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. The closest airport is within a 20-minute drive from the property. There is a bus station in Inverness allowing guests to travel and explore more of the Highlands. Taxis operate 24 hours of the day. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
